Braith Anasta said on NRL360 that Zac Lomax may have played his last game for Parramatta, and is very close to signing a deal with R360 worth around $3m a season to jump ship.
Braith said he heard a rumour from someone close to R360 and it's serious.
Peter Vlandys also advised on the same show that anyone who has an NRL contract and signs with R360 will suffer consequences.

This looks like super league all over again with a no win situation. You can't compete with saudi $$ .
Something has to give with.the nrl they may have to open it up in that any third party deals will.be accepted no matter the affiliation with the club. And a big rise in the cap.
Unless the nrl comes up with a plan at keeping most of their stars, there'll be a drop in.tv revenues.
I reckon the rich clubs are going to hold the cards. The Roosters and broncos have big backers.
Is it time for the Pawn Star ploppo to open his wallet and get behind the Parramatta club ?

There have been public denials from Saudi investment entities. For example, Surj Sports Investment (a division of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund) has apparently said they are not investing in R360.
Would be disappointing but there are plenty of winger options around, within our club and at other clubs. Jesse Arthurs can't get a start for example. There are others.
If Lomax does go, at least our goal kicking percentage will improve.
Papenhuyzen is a head scratcher. He's on very good coin, playing finals and grand finals. He has the chance to be a legacy player in the same vein as Slater. Why throw it all away for a stint in a nothing league played in the desert?
RTS and Grey also leaving
Id set up camp in the middle of the desert for 2 mil muttman. Just need a 1 man tent long phone charger and a sportsbet account.
You'd also need ultra-fast broadband for all those 'movies' you like to download.
🤣🤣🤣🤣. That's in the past muttman. Tubi does it for me now lol
Camels hump
Papenhuizen's injury history, and high probablility of season ending one to happen, would be a factor in his decision making. Like Brooks Koepka when he joined LIV Golf in his prime.
Might also get an apartment in "The Line" futuristic city as part of the deal. That'd be worth a squillion as well.
