Well as long as it comes off next year it doesn't matter how much it is.
My guess is that Lomax will be upgraded, and some of our newbies that are going well likewise.
We it will have to be next year as we have to spend 95% of the cap. Meaning out of the current $11.8 million we need to spend all but $550k.
