Moses , maybe a few others that have been mentioned , Fox and Lomax , the rest would be a stretch. if the found themselves short and in the market I'm sure Williams or Walker wouldn't find themselves in QLD cup very much either .

The interesting question here how good would we be if Reece was playing for us, I have a good mate (bestie) who is a out and out Broncos supporter and he reckons Walsh would be a sensational 5/8........I cannot disagree he has fantastic vision with the ball in his hands......don't worry I am not advocating we go after him ......there is more chance that Randolph will go fcuk himself before that would happen.
He did play some 5/8 at warriors and looked great there. Fullback gives him much more space however and he still gets his hands on the footy a bunch. Just smarter to leave him at the back like ponga
Yep well said. Ponga and Hayne are prime examples of the 6 experiment not working. Not saying it can't, Lockyer is case in point. Just do not see the need when I consider Fullback more important than a 6 when you have a 7 already.
Its not a 6 experiment in that sense, I never thought Hayne would work as a 5/8, he was always too lazy.
Different strokes for different blokes, no need to change Walsh but a lot of errors come from him being at the back. It all goes back to alternatives. Notwithstanding all that I am a great believer of, if it ain't broke dont fix it.
Walsh could be a great 6 but what is the fascination when there is a great Fullback they need to move to 6? I would rather a better Fullback than a 6 to be fair. Playing 1 allows more room to do what needs to be done, appearing both sides of the field.
Whenever there is a boom 1 "this kid can play, move him to 6"
Walsh can be a great 6, but he will always be a better Fullback.
I don't disagree but to rephrase a comment I always tell LB, they are not chess pieces.
The balance of the game is such that you make moves to suit the game and the position you are in. Chess is/has formula with constraints in movement, RL is much more spontaneous.
Lateral thinking is one of the great things you can do in life Randolph, don't restrict yourself with your locked in beliefs!!
"Hector just going off what I was told. Seems very coincidental that I heard that he didn't want to go and hours later pulls out.
If I am wrong happy to admit it. I was about Galvin where contact said he was all but signed and that's where he was…"
"More like 30 or 40 of the NRL's elite players. Think Walsh, Hass , the hammer, all thr big names. That will be very detrimental when the Vlandys is at the tv deal negotiation table. It's going to be a super league type war. I feel Vlandys will…"
