Worst forward pack ever in team history?

Think this pack we rolling out on Sunday is worst in club history?

Paulo slow and old

Smith can't pass from dummy half

Moretti not fit enough to start

Williams down year from last season

Guymer starting back row first time ever

Walker better off the bench

Da Silva only good player who is dangerous

De Belin just way past it

Pryde a making debut

Matale playing his 2nd game

Not sure even worth watching game Sunday

      • Yeah that 3rd Hooker situation is a worry, particularly with Coinakis playing only Flegg to this point. If Da Silva goes down, i think we are ok since Smith can play 80. Yeah he's knocked around at the moment but has shown he can handle 80mins. Da Silva has yet to show that, especially every week. If Smith goes down, we are screwed unless we get a 2nd Hooker.

Only option i see is waiting til round 13, Papali'i then becomes that back-up Hooker? That is far from ideal though. Break glass could be Walker or Guymer but again less then ideal to how we want to play. I do not understand how we do not at least have a 3rd Hooker that could play some FG in a pinch. Not every NRL team has three Hookers in top 30, but not every NRL team plays a two Hooker system.

  • I agreed

Paulo  -  not going well. 5/ 10 this year

Smith - looks smaller gets dominated in defence

    Williams  - isn't a prop

Kautoga  - looks lazy in defence . Jury still out

Kelma  - reserve grader. Release him now

Walker - bench  is a must

Sam Tuivaiti  - our best go forward,  yet he can speak to clubs in November  - unbelievable  mark o'neill the biggest dope in history

Moretti  -  looks lighter and minimal impact

Da Silva  - i like him. Future captain

Doorey  - too injury prone.  Not worth keeping

Hopgood  - big heart but not a prop

Trained by tge Newcastle spoon 🥄  winning head trainer,  who previously coached at the Tigers failure.   Well done to Sarantinos and O’Neill

  • what about early 91-64 poor ol Bert at Lock or 2010-2014...there was some crap then too

  • Then fucken don't fuck you people give me a fucken dry fucken Horn your not supporters assholes

    • Bobby, don't beat around the bush, this is a circle of trust... How are you really feeling?

'Then fucken don't fuck you people' - this is by far the best line i've read on here in a while, Bobby. Not sure how peoples sex lives came into it, but keep up the passion. Bravo.

      • Sorry NOS but for Christ sake it just goes on and on and on Hey the constant knocking of everything from the front office to the stuffen waterc boy .God first game i went to in 1952 yes 1952 as a seven year old and been going ever bloody since . They all recon this is bad Look up our results in those early days we have always  seemed behind the eight ball except for the 80s . But if people want follow the Eels get behind them and not get so bloody negative all the bloody time . As i said before if it pains everyone so much theres 16 other sides . They may havee better luck with one of those . Just my Humble opinion there NOS

        • Don't be sorry, Bobby! It was fantastic. Love it.
