Does any one know his contract status ? I know he seemed to think he had re-signed but it was never announced . Let's bloody well hope it never happened.
He is the worst starting centre in the comp . I don't care if he's a local junior , what high hopes the club had for him , whether we think we can get him at a discount ... don't care .. he is rubbish .
He lacks attention to detail , is inconsistent with his effort and makes some of the stupidest decisions you'll see on a football field . Add this to his limited athleticism he just isn't a first grade footballer .
He's played 102 first grade games and hasn't developed the game smarts and awareness of a first grade footballer. He's not on his lonesome today but god he's a disappointing player . Even his good play like running over a bloke you know he's going to get it wrong and turn it over or drop the ball ... he just doesn't have it . We're wasting our time with guys like this .

Geeze he was probably the only player who ran hard and made breaks lol. I thought he gave it 100% but no one else really did
He was offside on an early kick chase , threw the ball out the back of his ass tackle 2 first time we got good ball , came in with a lazy arm over the top after Moses chopped a guy down , was 3 metres behind on our kick chase .. but yes he ran the ball strongly . That's him though , he makes costly errors weekly . He will tackle a guy well a few times then miss him altogether . He's not a reliable player . After 100 first grade games you need to be reliable . When you're playing debutants in your backline you need to be the reliable one . He's not . He's strong , but he's not fast , agile or athletic and to go with that there's next to nothing going on upstairs with his awareness . He's the sort of player we need to leave in the past if we're trying to build a team into the future .
Put it this way , Patrick Herbert has been playing bush footy and hes better than Will who's a walk up into our side.
I think Penisini is a solid centre nothing special but. Problem is you need to spend the money your saving on him at centre to strengthen up the team around him. Eels haven't done any of that lol. But he's a lot better then Brian Kelly 🤣
