I must confess I didn't watch the first half of today's game against the dogs. I did see that Nuikore was sin binned and the way the game is going these days I have to ask was it to do with a high tackle? If so, with Nuikore's record can I assume he will not be available for the Panthers game????
Further, I honestly believe Nathan Browns tackle on Katoa had nothing to worry about but I guess with the way the MRC grade tackles will he have any issues??
Love to get some insights especially with Nuikore....

Yeah, it was high, with what I would say was medium level force. It was careless, he'll get two weeks if he challenges it, one if he takes the early plea.
Thanks mate. Nuikore really has an issue with tackling technique especially since the crack down. He is almost a liability if I'm being honest.
I don't believe Brown will have too much to answer for?!?!
Browns tackle was a nothing. Nuilkore will be two weeks, especially if he still has carry over points!
Just kinda annoyed how some of the dogs high hits early on, only resulted in penalties and no sin-bins..
Also we gonna lack some punch off the bench with niukore most likely gone again..
Who will replace him?
Niukore and Brown both facing fines only, per the NRL.com site about five minutes ago.
Yep, fines only. Both free to play. The absolute unpredictable MRC lottery continues...
Sweet!
That's good to hear!
Niukore is very lucky. His arm was high but not very forceful. Given his history (high tackle on Teddy) I expected a suspension.
If there was any consistency in the high tackle area, and all players who go above shoulder height with loose arm or other, the only ones not charged would be the touch judges and Ref's.
Watch almost every tackled player on the ground, and one will see an arm around the neck of the tackled player, mostly with the crooke of the arm locked around the neck. How many push downs by the defending player on the tackled player on the ground.
I guess considering the amount of fines being handed out, the NRL would be building up their bank balances for their end of year holidays.
