I think that Ando just wants to turn us into a hard side but I for one find some of his selections and plans a little strange.
The players have to understand that he is the boss not them.
If I have a message for Ando its this. Dont do anything half assed - Pick players on form. Speak softly and carry a huge stick.-

I for one, hope that he loses the Mortimer love affair and follows through with his promise of selecting players on form rather than reputation. This WAS his mantra and he didnt do that this year.
ALL players - and that even includes Hayne, should know that they are professional athletes and are required to perform each and every game.
Having regard to this, Ando should have stuck his head out further and dropped Tahu and Mortimer from the side. On form they didnt deserve to be there.
You can be assured that Wayne Bennett would not have run with Tahu in his side in his present form.
