Wiil This guy ever be allowed to return to the eels?

Michael Witt.

 

He was on track to become super league player of the year in england before he picked up a knee injury. His stats are a lot better than some the halves been mentioned recently like orford or sherwin. Still under 30 and has a great passing and kicking game, He' s more mature now so maybe he is better behaved.......

    I don't see why he wouldn't be allowed to return to the Eels if he wanted to and the club wanted him.
    He seems to be playing consistent footy, and at his age, he'd still have a few years up his sleeve.

    Better behaved? He wasn't a bad boy was he? He was a cleanskin from memory.

    Good goalkicker, but as a halfback, he wouldn't offer anything more than Jeff Robson IMO.

    Yeah I never understood what was so bad about Michael Witt either! He was quite good for the Warriors but they unceremoniously dumped him too.

    Then he couldn't get a guernsey playing local rugby in NZ!

    He must have bad breath of something...
