why play inu /kk/

i ask why do we play inu/and kk, there way out of form and signed to other clubs, time to buy new players, or blend in new players.

we have a great coach, not so sure a great ceo but.

facts are how good was kingston last year, he made robson look good, what fools let him go for 100k a season, facts are we letto many good players go, its time to change staff ...then we go ahead,

  • I said that yesterday to my mates, why develop their game experience when they've signed to otehr clubs
  • Ummm because we still want to win a premiership THIS year
    • C'mon 1Eyed - that's a ridiculous thing to say. lol
We need change for the sake of change
      Think Blues selectors.
  • Im with one eyed. Its not like they quit us we clearly did not want them next year so they went and found other options. We want to do as well as we can this year. Like last year once you make the 8 anything can happen
    • But Inu.... I know a lot of supporters on this site,he was great a couple of years back.He is not interested,ok he chipped the ball and ran.. he was stripped on his own line. His defense has been horrible. That chip worked but he has played half a dozen flashes of brilliance that havent come off ,some of which have led to tries agst us.I guess we don thave anything better....
  • Plus the reason they have to be played, is... They are getting paid good $$$$,,, they are contracted till end of year. Do you think brisbane would drop Folau cos he is moving on, i would bet not...
  • You pick the best team available regardless of next year.
    • Exactly.
We playing to win a premiereship this year. Next year can wait.
  • My god, again with the 'facts'. The club didn't let Kevin Kingston go, they went to great lengths to try and retain him but were given no leniency by the NRL. Kevin Kingston is now signed on for 3 years at the panthers and is on good money, he's not coming back anytime soon so please get over him.

Anyway, both Inu and KK are contracted til the end of the year, so until then they're entitled to wear the parra jersey as much as anyone else. There's currently no-one else capable of replacing these guys, whether or not you feel their form is deserving of first grade.

Parra will not have a better shot at the premiership then they do this year, so to not field the strongest possible team because of players who have been just about forced out of the club is ludicrous.

Point of agreement, yes we let too many good players go and unless the club can make some strong recruitment choices, they should be held accountable.
