A lot of people have joined the "blame Ando band wagon", but cant say I agree with it, I think more responsibility rests on the players in this day and age, the game is so close that just a small shift in confidence, or even attitude can change the whole game, this seemed to be the season of comebacks, the losing teams shifting there attiitude to become more desperate, then riding that wave to a win.
Whatever the reason behind, so many of our games this year, the players just seemed to have a 'could not care less' attitude. And if the reason behind this is because Ando gave them a tisling during the week for their poor attitude, well they bloody well deserve it, should grow some balls and listen to what he is saying!
To prove my point; When there was attitude, for a game or a few minutes here and there, we smoked the competition, so the talent and game plan is there, once they are out on the field, it is really hard for the coach to feed them enthusiasm.... most the games we lost were because we were out- enthused. "The eels are just getting out- enthused by the .....winning teams name."
... lost count of how many times I heard that from a comentator this year.

Never a good approach.
he also cleaned out to many good players, most go on and make it in other clubs, like kingston, tony williams ect.
also why play mateo, inu, kk, in our final matches when it was clear the minds was on holidays and going to other clubs.
and andersons razzle dazzle footie killed the eels in the run home to the finals.
last, is most of the players are off side with ando, even ossie, and the board.
we can't have him there next year, we need a club united...and a coach and staff who have respect of hes players..
He is passionate about Parra-which is great but may not be the right man for the job. Look at what Bennett has done for Saints-they lost last year-but they were minor premiers and have backed up again this year. Why-because Bennett instills confidence in his players.
In my humble opinion the coach has everything to do with getting the players attitude and confidence right. Look at what Jason Taylor did for the 8 weeks he was at the helm at Parra. They were bordering on wooden spoon before he came in and no doubt he changed their attitude and confidence
