Soooo Rip Taylor gets the team to the GF and they sack him? Makes absolute sense.
Don't believe Rip is a full time coach, which wouldn't work for us.

Ryan's been hired as an assistant coach to BA, not as our NSW Cup coach as far as I'm aware.
There's been no announcement yet on how the NSW Cup side is going to be organised next year. Whilst it will come under the Parramatta Eels structure, nothing has been released about if Wenty will exist as a separate team or if they will be dissolved. If they are dissolved, I'd assume Rip Taylor will be appointed as Parramatta's reserve grade coach.
According to TCT Ryan Carr is the new fulltime coach of the Eels CC team. Their is an agreement with Wenty that Ringrose will still be the home ground for games not played at Bankwest.
It is unlikely that Wenty will field a team in the CC.
