Who will be the surprise player we chase from Nov 1?

With more then 25 players now officially can be negotiated with from Nov 1.

I wonder who the Eels might secretly target?

For me I think LUKE BROOKS from Tigers could be that player we chase.

Here is why, Johnson more then likely gone from Warriors. Maguire coaching him now for NZ and considering Maguire off to West Tigers, think he might entice him to Tigers.

That would leave Brooks out.

Brooks only on 550k for 2019 according to Zero Tackle. . He will seek much better, we will be in a position to do so. Im sure Moses will be happy to re-unite with Brooks too.

We are sure to part with Norman after 2019 since we can't offload him.

Honestly not too many teams need to chase a half in Sydney.

I can see Norman off to Storm or Titans
