Its time for player or players to step up and become the dominant leader of the team. Right now the team is a rabble of bickering fancy pants. All talk and no walk.
As was seen by Aust Cricket Captains inability to control his players the inaction allowed the destruction of the team.
The same inaction is destroying Parra.
Someone has to step up, grab the sissy pants by the throat and make them understand that they are not primma donnas but part of a team and perhaps the girly pants in the team can go and play for the Parra womens team if they were good enough to make the team.
Seriously, is there a leader amongst our team that can encourage the girls in the team to stand up straight and become men.

Lets be honest here, BA is not only a poor developer of leaders but hes a very poor identifier of them, thats why we have none.
The only bloke thats ever looks to have emotionally matured under Brad is Brown, Brad overestimates Tims qualities as a leader, theres no doubt Tim is not only the worst captain in the NRL but maybe the worst in the history of this club.
Its very hard to have sympathy for Brad when he continues to have tim as captain.
We need to buy a captain in or at the very least drop Tim as Captain and give the job to Guth when he's back, we need to start planning for next year, why not give somebody the experience now so they will already have some runs under the belt when next season comes.
James Graham would have been perfect!!!
A big reason in the signing of Steve Edge a few years back.
I would like to see Brown and Moses named as co captains.
Snake don't you reckon Scott was a good leader in previous years?
Fair go Snske
He took it away from Mannah and gave it to Foran - way to quickly IMO
He does not really have a lot of option at the moment
Mau's not smart enough and he can hardly string two words together, i cant see him being up to it.
Ive thought of jennings as capt, hes a bit mild mannered but he couldnt be any worse than Tim.
Moses might be worth a shot.
We need a capt whos out there for 80 mins or close to it
We need more then a leader at the moment , we need every player to lead by example by doing their job then helping their mate next to them do theirs. We need to operate as a collective and will each other forward. We need a game plan that can be adjusted on the run to suit any game situation implemented by 3/4 players. There needs to be a clear structure of who calls what and what part of the field they get to call it.
There’s definite confusion within the squad at the moment but their all big boys, put your gripes aside , have a go and you’ll be singing your team song in no time and those little things will no longer matter.
The team has players who believe they are the best players in the team ... even if they are the best players in a losing team. These players don't play for the team and are primma donnas who are scared of being seen as in-addicate as football players. They talk it up , put their mates down to hide their own personal in-addicaties and have very little to offer.
There is no pack culture , or team culture.
The last 3 coaches have struggled to manage the primma donnas. Shunt the primma donnas into the lower grades, sell them and give someone else who is wanting to give 1st grade a go a chance.
Right now coach you are flogging a dead horse because of the girly pants in your team.
