Has to be Brad Arthur. By why are we playing the wait and see approach. Surely 5 years and finishing with the spoon at the end of it should have given the review panel enough opportunity to make a decision on the longterm future of the club.
I doubt O'niell has the experience or powers to recommend our coaching position. I feel if we do wait until mid season, it may be an opportunity lost in trying to recruit an experienced campaigner like Flanagan.
Parramatta may end up with another rookie head coach. Mark my words.

Its BA for sure, if he is sacked mid next year its going to be the biggest failure in history from the club.
He betta kill it next year, if he doesnt theres going to be a hell of a lot of people looking a lot more foolish than what they already are.
Flanagan is staying at the Sharks, always was.
The fact is that the first 4 years under BA our trajectory was consistently up. He deserves a chance to prove that this year was a fluke.

And if the club does let BA go we will still be able to attract a quality coach, there is no rush.
Besides which I've read various reports that both Dean Pay & Ricky Stuart aren't 100% safe.

BA should be sacked after round 5 if we are struggling, in fact if we lose our first 3 he should be sacked.
