With another season in the books and another year we fail to life the premiership trophy, I know we won't be winning it in the 2-3 years but is there anything to look forward to that can gives us some hope? Young kids coming through promising through any good?

Well the good news is we are getting the st Helens boss according to many media outlets. His been at the helm for 27 years starting at pathways. Be see if true and how he goes. After seeing newy go from spooners to the gf gives one hope. Very impressed with there young guns. We need to start bringing ours through. We need 3 big signings minimum.

This club is built on failure no current team has more wooden spoons. 80 years 4 wins 14 wooden spoons. year after year of saying next years our year or juniors are coming or one signing away.
Parramatta are a club that exists to make up the numbers if we accept that life is easier its the hope that kills you.
First we need to get into a position where we are actively filling key gaps in the roster before they become problematic. We tend to react to situations rather that predict them. Secondly we need the entire club on the same level where KPIs are agreed and measured. Nothing less than continuous improvement is acceptable.
We can get there, but there will need to be major changes to how this club is run.
