Firstly a new recruitment and retention team. The clowns currently running the show have no idea. We desperately need a centre or two and prop that can eat some metres.

Easily bottom 2-3 worst roster in the competition. Take away Moses, and I would go as far as as to say we have the worst roster in the competition.
How does a new team like the Dolphins assemble a better rosters than us? We would kill to have what the Dolphins have. I actually prefer Katoa over Mitch Moses.
This is ALL Ryles, MON and management fault. Time to start paying overs for talent. I don't think our juniors will cut it to be honest.
I'm willing to wait and see how we perform once we get some of our cattle back. Having a spine intact makes a big difference, Melbourne showed that you can have 3 or 4 players missing, but if your spine is on you have a far better chance. Broncos are in a far worse position than us, they got thrashed by the Wahs today, and they had there full spine playing, we only have Moses.
The problem is we don't have a full spine. That's on recruitment. We have recruited very poorly this year.
You're missing the point Darren. ATM Moses is the only spine player we have aavailable.Ilongi, Pezet and Smith are out. We have replacements for each of them but, they are only replacents. They are good for a game or two, but you can't expect them to be superstars for 6-8wks. Everyone expects us to have 1st grade players ready to step in and cover our injuries, impossible. Take Hughes, Munster and Grant, Cleary, Blaize and Edwards out of their respective teams for 6-8wks, do you think they would still be on the same ladder position, highly unlikely.
Pezet is on recruitment. All he adds to our spine is scoliosis

Enough is enough. Us fans are tired of mediocrity and underachievement. It's time for a change in management and a fresh direction for our club. We should come together and start a petition to demand new leadership and the accountability needed to bring success back to our club
I admire the passion mate, but petitions don't work, and we don't want to demand blind change for changes sake...we have to put forward what that fresh direction could be.
Put your ideas up here - this place is pretty well read by many in the know at the club.
