We’re down to a third rate squad, yet he’s still coming off the bench. Is he carrying something, or just not in favour at the moment?
He was brought in as a key signing and used to play big minutes at the Dragons ... I know that doesn't count for much, but still.
Feels like he hasn’t really been given a proper run this yet. Did Ryles realise he bought a dud early in pre-season? If so, it’s starting to look like a pretty expensive miss.

LOL...but the analogy holds up
As for Mallee, he seems to be a prior member who has transitioned and now identifies as Mallee....I don't know who, but the more he posts the more he feels familiar.
Another top shelf signing. I'm beginning to think MON is a spy from another NRL club whose job is to bring down the Eels from within.
Wouldn't surprise me at all
I'd be surprised if De Belin is on more than $300k per season with us.
Paulo, is on around $900k and is playing worse than De Belin which is more of a worry.
I think the post should be more around why Paulo has been getting the usual minutes while De Belin has been dropped down the pecking order.
He should be starting IMO; his defence has been ok for me; and let him play the first 20-25. Throw in the change in game; injuries; and also some leading players not playing great and it all combines.
Absolutely agree Mitchy, he hardly misses a tackle and his initial contact in defence is good which is what we seriously lack right now.
With De Belin it is not about attack but what he does in defence, I think people are overlooking this.
I know - i can only assume it is something else but with Paulo being off the mark imo think we need him; and Walker is better off from bench.
Couldn't agree more mate, with the way we are playing we should be looking to hold for the first 20mins which has been non-existent this season and then stack our bench with more attacking/impact players like Walker, Tualagi etc to come on and turn the game in our favour.
Yes, that is what we would have assumed; and with the game quicker, he can start and then have a rest including halftime and come back as needed. We are seriously missing a good defender with Hopgood gone.
I also felt last week when at the game, that Moses did not keep his cool at times which showed. He did too much small % plays for me with no gain.
You could tell in the press conference that Ryles was peeved to say the least......
Agree again Mitchy, Moses's greatest asset is his kicking game in my opinion, he has the ability to shut teams down by building relentless pressure and grinding a team into the ground, for some reason he isn't interested in doing that this season.
I think Moses has been outplayed by his opposite number in every game this season.
Just keep it simple Moses, steer the troops around and win the territory battle, then let Walker come on and have plenty of support players around him and let him do his thing.
