wenty loses to western suburbs 20 to 14. in the n.s.w cup

for those who want to know, wenty went down  by 6 points in sunday match against western suburbs.
wenty scored 3 trys as did wests, but poor kicking by  tom humbal cost as the match.
sio, wright, eels player scored a try.
if they had won, there would have made the grandfinal, what it shows is we have talent in wenty too.
sio looks great.

    I was listening to this in parts on the radio and Brendan Oake sounded like he had an outstanding game and was regularly breaking the line.

    Poor old Tom Humble must have mixed feelings & whether he made the right move......his former side Northern Pride won the QLD CUP....it will be interesting to see how he is used by Parra next year....

    I think used would be the right term for what he got out of Parra this year ! And no doubt if he has signed for next season If he is not in the seventeen he will feel very cheated that he did not get a fair go . But interesting yes.

    Good to see Kenny taking the club to the preliminaries.

    Sio will undoubtedly get a chance to show what he can do during the trials, as will Tom Humble.
    Hopefully Brendan Oake will have a similar performance as he did in this game for the trials next year so that he can push for a bench spot in 2011.
