From the appointment of Brad Arthur I have been nothing but impressed with him as a coach and as a man. He has made such a difference to Parra in so many ways. On MMM he said that he and his wife stayed up most of the night to re-count how many 40/20's this season had been pulled up to not allow a quick start to the 40/20...by the way, he said only 20% had been allowed to progress to a quick start.
It shows is passion for the club and team. Also, his support for the players...all of whom are playing with the same passion. Well done Brad Arthur!

He has made a few rookie errors of judgement throughout year too though. All in all though his positives outweigh his mistakes by a long way. I still don't agree with not playing our best players just because they off to another club next year.
Thing I have noticed over last few weeks, we are coming out as the more dominant team in the second half with altered strategies to first half. This is an indication of great coaching, observing and adapting to the game tactically.
I was very sceptical at his appointment but he is definitely a keeper
