The problem is our ability to do third party payments. Somehow Roosters do it legally and we do not. Question I have is if a Roosters player leaves the club are they still sponsored. If not then it is not a third party sponsorship and should be counted in the cap. E.g. CherryEvans leaves Manly on 1 million and goes to Roosters for less than 500
