We must be the worst team at defending ill discipline that has ever existed. If we are going to give away stupid penalties or try miracle plays where a drop ball is inevitable, then we need to muscle up.But we don't...... Ever

  • + defending second phase is killing us
  • The first half was frustrating to watch. We invited them over so many bloody times PLAY SMART ffs

  • trying to score every play.
    looks like we are
searching for a way to lose
  • Defense against second phase play has been a issue all year.
    • No, compounding mistakes on top of mistakes has been the killer, bad kicks, followed by penalties. Pena;ties followed by turnover and or more penalties - the madness is just never ending. Parra has poor on field leadership and next to ZERO match awareness in the playmaker positions - giving opponents extended periods of possession, that has put too much pressure on our defense

ill discipline, is the real villain, and that falls square on the coaches shoulders. BA needs to sort this.

    • Yep your right
  • Agree
  • They are the kings of the offload and we don't defend against the offload well. Dangerous dangerous times.
    Also fafita is killing us.
if we can stop giving away stupid dumb penalties we will go a long way to winning the game.
  • If we can do all that wrong and still get a 20 point win we can't be doing too bad. No one expects us to be a premiership force yet so we still have time to get these things right over the next few years.

    • Parra is it's own worst enemy - Good Parra is pretty hard for any side to stop. Bad Parra, gives extended periods of possession to Teams - each and every week - like we did ihn the final 20 in the first half

What Parra typically does in these extended nightmares, is to compound errors with more errors BEFORE the opposition commits and error of their own. Ass into this Parra's consistently poor last play options and /or bad attacking kicks

If Parra could only learn how to "stop the bleeding", when we make mistakes, we can trouble any side. Esp with J Hayne on the paddock

It's just so frustrating that Parra are the architects of their own demise - I could cope with it better, if Parra were just beaten by better Teams - however, this is NOT the case in 2014

"Blore is average. We are top heavy for forwards, very light on in the backs, now you want to get rid of two backs for an average forward. I'm glad Mon is part of the recruitment team, and not you."
