I don't mind the game trying new things like this. I don't think it will catch up, but this is definitely worth throwing your hat in the ring and trying to get momentum for because it could get traction. I had a few mates go and they absolutely loved it, so it's probably one of those things only a few experience.
Persoanlly, I don't think i'd be blowing $5k to watch an Eels game in a places i've already been 3 times before. I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere under this shitty economic climate.
So we lose a home game for this? Is it supposed to be a privilege to play on the other side of the world, with the associated lengthy recovery?
How will we do this and the World Club Challenge?
If you don't know the reference, you're dead to me...
That's a major league standard right there
My man 👌
WCC will be in London in 2027 and so too the Vegas Round, due to civil war and the US east coast seceding. There, problem solved, Eels in WCC and Vegas Round.
Ahhh! Major League, great movie 😂
Never liked the idea of Vegas, field dimensions sell our game short ( literally )
like selling champagne without the bubbles.
you just have a cheap Oyster Bay Sav Blanc .
And that's not for everyone.
The cheap knock off of a bad extra from the sopranos is just money hungry and wrecking our game.
The opening rounds speak volumes on how.
