Triple M and the Australian's Brent Read has revealed to the Dead Set Legends, Bevan French and Kaysa Pritchard are set to return for the Parramatta Eels' do-or-die Semi-Final against the North Queensland Cowboys on Saturday night."I spoke to Brad Arthur yesterday and he indicated that both Bevan French and Kaysa Pritchard would both be fit and available to play this week," Ready said."I would imagine French would definitely come back into that team - not to sure on Kaysa Pritchard because Cameron King has been doing a pretty good job - but definitely Bevan French back from them this week."French injured his hamstring during the Round 24 home game against the Titans and will be a welcome addition to Brad Arthur's backline arsenal.Meanwhile, Pritcahrd hasn't appeared since suffering what was initially diagnosed as a season-ending injury in June but looks set to push for selection against the Cowboys, especially after foxsports.com.au revealed current Eels hooker Cameron King lost all feeling in his left arm after a tackle went wrong against the Storm.

  • Pritchard won't be there as King's scans came back clear.

French may be named in the 21 but is long odds to be included.
    • Does that mean he's ok or playing through significant pain?
    • Even if French does make it back

Smith will need to be put on thr bench as there would be doubts over French and also whoever plays hooker
  • Yes thats what i herd chief,i think a lot of people on here get a little bit to excited on here, but yes massive game.
  • I can guarantee french won't play
    • You seem very confident 5 days out from he game. If not next week do you think the following if we are still alive?
  • Unless we have injuries I can't see how either of them are good enough to just stroll back in . Kaysa maybe to run the water but that's about all he's good enough for .
    • That's a bit rough
  • My biggest fear for the Eels is putting Pritchard in place of King and upsetting the balance and service that has gotten us to the semis (and I know Pritchard has been there earlier on in the year).
Bring change to the side and watch us get bundled out of this years premiership cheaply
    • Bev will slot back in at #1
