Waqa wont last much longer at the club in first grade if he dosnt begin to listen. He plays Dumb Football in defense. For a big , quick unit his defensive ability and read are atrocious. Hold, Hold, bloody HOLD your position son , own your area, Do not turn your shoulders in, stay straight or shoulders outwards count the numbers and $%#@ slide slide slide. Your inside players will do the same, stop leaving Fergo exposed with 3 running at him. Never Ever run out of the line - you look stupid doing it.
Its a simple game, truely. Oh yeah one more word of shitty advice - when in attack I think there is another player in your team on your outside, have alook once and a while will you. Its called setting up your winger, draw and pass - draw and pass. Yep simple game for some.
What's even worse is he's managed this in a year where Parra have been statistically pretty excellent defensively.
He's copped a massive serve for it from all angles so the ball is now in his court as to whether he can fix his issues. He definitely has talent and speed to burn, but if we had a reserve grade competition this year he would have been given a spell solely because of how much of a liability he has become.
I definitely haven't written him off yet, but he has a lot of work to do.

Very true in regards to the small player, but putting pops periemiters on it and basing an opinion on experience, Blake still fails . Statistics or not i see Waqa as a real defensive problem wich exposes those around him. Happy to be on my own but stats aside , and based on just what i see. Waqa makes terrible decisions which impact those around him. Those decisions are easily rectified by a couple of things. Dont turn your shoulders in, Own your space. slide , count numbers and take your man.
