tom humble at 5/8 was the star in the storm v wenty in the n.s.w cup on fox sports at ringrose park

to all one eyed eels, and eels fans, it seems we have at least one team left in our run home to the final 8, wenty in the n.s.w cup.
i saw the game on fox sports today, wenty smashed the storm 72 /12. the storm are in the 8 too..
i think the eels are running in 6th spot.
there was many stars today,no more then tom humble, at 5/8, he looked every bit a super star
hes long passes, line kicks ,bombs ect was first class, he also is wenty's goal kicker.
wright had a huge game , as did nasso at fullback and seto on the wing.
and nathan armit looks a future star ,all i can say brett kenny has wenty on fire now.
and burn your tickets just yet for a granfinal, we could still win one.
now i know why peter sterling say we should play tom humble at half back next year.
tom humble is a star in waiting,, it will happen at the eels no doubt..

Tom Humble for halfback in 2011.

yep agree its a shame ando does not. but cant see ando lasting longer than next season

I think they'll come round eventually.
He'll no doubt feature in some of the pre-season games for 2011, and hopefully he is picked in the halves so that he can once again, show that he is a fantastic half as he has done before.

Whatever happened it seems that Ando just doesnt rate Humble at 6 or at least doesnt think that he is good enough for a long stint in 1st grade at that position. He was only signed for 2 years and my mail is that he will head back to Nth Queensland at the end of 2011 if he doesnt cement his position at either fullback or 5/8.
The cowboys are already sniffing....
Would be a hell of a shame if he went to another club and became a good player along the lines of Nathan Gardner.
I personally believe he deserves at red hot chance at 6

your better looking..
humble can play,he needs time to be a gun in the n.r.l, but if you saw him play for wenty agaist the storm, he had it all.
even a good goal kicker.
he is surely the future of the eels, peter sterling says he should be tried at half next year.
tricky if ando does not like him , its time ando go's..

Humble isn't going anywhere.
He wasn't signed from the QLD Cup only to linger in the NSW Cup, and then leave after a few years.

Phil please get over Keating he is average at best and had some opportunities to step up and take over and he has no idea. I like Keating as a guy he is a fantastic little fellow but in terms of what he can do as a half? He is more of a utility spark and thats it, he is definitely NOT a number 7.

Sorry Phil if you can't see that he didn't step up this year you are 1eyed.
