You have to wonder it can't just be the clubs performance that stops players wanting to go there, how incompetent must the R&R team be to miss out on just about every player that ever comes on to the market. At the end of the day it's just a negotiation, it can't be that hard.
Surely just about anyone could do a better job than these clowns.
I'm not gonna pile in on the R&R team. JR has a big role in this. Probably the biggest on the role he promises to the player.

Don't disagree but it was a problem well before JR came on board. Whatever they are doing it isn't working and they don't seem to want to change anything.
I think if anything..we maybe late in starting talks. Galvin was already decided to go to Dogs and just met up with JR to show he was talking to the market. KK went for the money. We didnt want to offer and extra season like the Dragons did but then decided to do that with Barnett but the Broncos are the big shiny thing all kids want these days (Pezet).
Unless we throw some stupid money, we're not going to sign rep level players. We need to plan 24 months ahead to sign the top level players. Otherwise we've left to develop our own like the Panthers who dont sign rep players but produce their own and pick up the odd outcast like the Fox.
Thing I'll say about Timoko, there is a reason a team like Canberra who are struggling are getting rid of him. Is that a player we want? Now not much is out there so our hands might be tied to get one of the rejected Centres and hope they work out with change of scenery. But just caution is guess in that we are looking at players their current teams do not want. Not a case of convincing them to come here but the team is happy for them to go.
So yeah we are in that position unfortunately and with Perth and PNG in the market it makes it worse.
"Nice story LB, but I cannot help seeing the game change so much, it maybe that last season's winning ploy's no longer exist, I have always said benevolent dictatorship is the best form of management.....two teams fit that image, the Cleary's at…"
"Yes I figured it out, its just that my memory makes me forget the most obvious things, you should see how I mix my grandkids up LOL.... not them, just their names.
Thanks for that Mallee"
"Yep good way of looking at it in that our attack matches everybody.
Quick stat on Easter Monday games. Every odd year we win, every even year Tigers win. Our record at CommBank with Easter Monday 1-2. Win loss win loss is how it goes. We won last…"

Would be an improvement on what we have. Im sure they will go for him and miss.
Agree definitely a strike weapon in attack lol. But they'll mess it up somehow

I think they just scared to chase players, unsure why 🤣

Definitely be getting him. Depending on price.
Defo go for him. He has pace to burn.
