Why is parra the joke when they were given permission to offer the contract, Certain elements at the Tigers agreed to the release, ie coaches, retention committee and some elements of Management. Ofa was given the green light to leave, The player manager negotiated a new contract. Everyone was given permission to proceed and do a medical. Then some elements at Board level didnt sign off as per their operating procedures.
Thats not a Parra issue at all.
