My report for this year is
1. Offer Dylan Brown the captaincy - eventually anyway- we should wait until he is 22
2. Get Flanagan or Ennis into the coaching to take over in a few years.

We realistically knew at the beginng of the year that we were a couple of forwards short of a picnic. We now have RCG and let's see who else we get to replace Mau, Moeroa, Mannah and others. Jai Arrow would be an upgrade and as long as we sign at least 2 players who are an upgrade on what we had this year (plus if our juniors can rise to the occasion) , we should improve again next year. I would sign Semi at any cost. I would sell whoever we have to to get Semi back. If the NRL will only allow Flanagan back via an assistants roll then I would not say no to that. He can also help develop juniors and attract new players. I feel I need a junk food day today.
