  I should remind you that the British Empire was the greatest empire in history and one of their many claims to fame was the game of cricket! It was, like their empire bequeathed to others. The King is dead. Long live the King!

    Good point RR people have to be a little humble as every dog has his day......and the Brits are kicking our arse in most sports these days!

    I have some good English friends and I seem to have lost "bragging" rights after we lost the WC final against the poms in the early 2000's......the tide always turn's....eventually!

    Less than 12 months since our arses were kicked on the sub continent at cricket....looking forward to kicking some Indian arse next year.....

    Sport is a great leveller  and good sportsmanship still an integral part of our lives.....I hope!
