The Eels Are Set To Launch An Audacious 10-Year $11-Million Contract For An NRL Superstar

The November 1 'open market' is less than a week away with some of the NRL's biggest talent ready and available to being negotiations with rival clubs for the 2021 season. 

And it seems as though the Parramatta Eels are willing to throw a Jason Taumalolo-style deal to one off contract player as they look to end 33-year Premiership drought.

    James Hooper posted recently on Nrl.com that the Eels were going to make a substantial offer to Fifita but he mentioned nothing of the 10 year $11 Million offer

      I reckon this is meant to throw the scent off FifIta. Fifita sees Latrell reportedly being offered 11mil over that amount of time he'll just go elsewhere wanting something similar which someone will give. Dirty manager mind games imo.

        Could be influenced by Ferguson.

         I know this is only a rumour and therefore you can’t put any stock in it but I am not feeling any joy in this rumour 

        I am thinking if it is true it would be for 2021
