Doubt the salary cap thing will delve too deeply coz nrl already promised to not take the premiership from the fans. But not forgetting he was quite vocal in the “Parramatta must lose enough points to rule them out of semi’s” coz of our priors either!

As well as currently having Moylan and Townsend they have young Flanagan who is just waiting for a chance. If the get SJ, I would guess Townsend is on way out and could be good organising half to complement either Moses or Norman.

Holmes was 100% wanted by the Sharks and ended up bailing on his contract, and teammates to try out for the NFL.
Johnson was told he wasn't going to be given another contract by the Warriors and asked for a release because he knew it would have been hard to play for a team who didn't want him.
Not ideal for Warrior fans or his teammates, but the Warriors/Kearney knew perfectly well what they were doing and successfully managed him out of his contract.
They're effing crazy imo, the only reason they have been competitive is because of Johnson.
