THE BADGE CONNECTS US ALL

The James Hardie Centre of Excellence was buzzing today when 150 Parramatta Eels players from across five grades came together for a whole-of-club training session.

From Harold Matthews and SG Ball to the U16s Development, NSW Cup and NRL squads, the Blue & Gold filled four fields, rotating through skills and drills as one connected system. It was a rare and powerful sight — the entire Eels men’s pathway united on the training paddock.

More than just a session, the day was a statement of who we are as a Club. Regardless of age or experience, every player trained with the same pride, purpose and belief, wearing the badge that connects generations of Eels.

Seeing the depth of talent across all grades reinforced what makes Parramatta special: a strong, united pathway built on shared standards and shared ambition. Source : parraeels.com.au

  • I think everyone trying to be better, I don't for a minute the same top brass is still in charge of the company. This was all about unity & bring all inspiring juniors to be with their hero's. Why are we so obsessed with the past, we forgave the Germans & Japanese yet her we are today hating. It might be the same name but certainly not the same individuals.

  • You can't deny the club has made enormous strides. For those who have not been to Kellyville HQ it is a seriously impressive place. World class. One of, if not the best in the NRL. Having all grades train together, in uniform, everyone putting in together. It's a powerful statement and incredibly inspiring for all grades to be involved. Congrats to the club for this initiative.

    • Had not thought of it that way Tin Tim, very convincing point of view. Maybe the "haters" should stop and reflect on those views!

    • Mutts, brilliantly said. I kind of didn't want to admit to how I felt seeing all the players from U16's to first grade together and Ryles delivering a simple message, pointing to the badge. Warm and Fuzzy.
