      • Exactly lol, look at panthers this week. Fried

        • Only difference is one team has half their squad playing Origin, and the other is missing two quality NRL players , a couple of players that would the squad in the teams in the bottom half of the table , and a bunch of reserve graders .

      • Stop talking sense....you don't fit in here. Surely our reserve grade team should be stacked with rep players

    • Sivo, RCG, Gutho.
Even Sterlo said at the Legends lunch that the way to success is to grow your own and put experienced players around them. Hello? Is anyone listening? Anyone?

      • What's that got to do with today's team list?

For mine Mark o'neill has to go.  I understand that Arthur had the major say in which players he wanted but it was O'Neill’s job to have development players at the ready for the coach to.call upon.

Mark o'neill is dead. Sarantinos put it on Arthur's head saying ba signed off on every player,  but that doesn't excuse o'neill.

Sarantinos needs to come out and explain the situation and put forward reasons on why Mon is still here?

        • Who knows...

Maybe MON has compromising photos of Jim...

Or its because he has marginally more knowledge as a Head of Football than Jim does and Jimbo doesn't know any better.

But hey, we got a war chest moving forward... lets just have more patience because that seems to be working a real treat so far

        • Just highlighting the experience we've lost and not replaced.

          • We haven't had a chance to replace them.  For mine, I'm happy they're gone

            Sivo couldn't tackle

Gutherson was all about himself before the club.

Rcg could have played for another contract,  but wanted the security and fair enough.  He's entering his final few years anyway

            • No argument. I'm glad they've gone too. But it wasn't a surprise or a last minute decision. We let everyone walk and crossed our fingers hoping our young reserve graders could instantly become seasoned first graders.

            • I agree with you. From my friends that have some idea of the goings on behind the scenes, RCG was leaving the minute that BA was booted. Gutho tries, but is one knee injury away from retirement and Sivo was a product of poor coaching.

Glad that they are gone, but at the same time, im not holding my breath on MON or Jims ability to sign replacement talent - hence why I feel like Ryles is fighting a losing battle. He's basically been handicapped by their incompetence
