New systems means whatever he has learnt at the tigers needs to be undone and then rewired - that takes time and Moses giving him a decent spray means expectations/standards are high now in this club and about time..12 years too late unfortunately.
I like that in a captain Mikey, it drives players to be better, and to motivate them to get better. Moses is smart enough not to over do it also
