All night too.
NRL want the fairytale storm victory, with CRONK, SLATER and SMITH standing on the stage crying and retiring ....

Smith held up playing the ball a couple of times pointing at our offsides.
Either way, the penalty count killed our chances.
You are 100% right there Paul
The NRL have their grubby hands all over this. They would have insisted on Melbourne winning in Melbourne, fairy tale and all that, plus they now have a Sydney game next week that should be a sell out, just like the 2009 game between Parra and Bulldogs. Imagine if the Cowboys managed to pull off a win against Sharks and we had beat Storm. Then both games next week would be in Queensland.. No much better to guarantee a huge build up all week in Sydney and then a sell out game. That would have been the plan all along. and Parra would have known that.
If Melbourne lost yesterday then next week they would have played oj Melbourne regardless of who won between the Sharks and cowboys
