The next game against St George has no consequence on the spoon bowl game.
The Tigers will go 2 points ahead next week as they have the bye. Our for and against is 65 ahead of the Tigers meaning it comes down to the last match spoon bowl no matter what.
If the Eels lose by more that 66 against the Dragons then we could still beat the Tigers and still get the spoon on f/a
So the decision is, do the Eels rest or put players with niggles on the bench against the Dragons as the match has zero meaning.
I would at least play some of our main players for less minutes. Maybe take Gutherson, Reg , Brown off with 30 to go.

He got a fine so that's great. Matterson hopefully back as well Moretti. A lot stronger bench for sure.
We don't have the players to come in.
Let's just accept we got the Spoon we deserve it more than the Tigers
We are in the same position as the Bulldogs when barrett left ...the concern is no gus no ciraldo no laundy .....
we got MON and Nathan Brown whoo hoo
RCG got put on report twice, do you think anything will come from it
Got a fine.
We should rest Blaize for the last 2 games.
Penrith will put a lot of development into him but he's probably been responsible for about 30 trys we've conceded this year. He should be developing in Cup god knows why we are wearing are his mistakes for no future gain.

I would start him at prop.
Should have been dropped the day he announced he was going to Penrith.
