Been waiting 2 months for my General Admission Family Passes and $300 odd later this is what I’ve received....
2 years in a row I now need to chase up my membership passes and whatever else....freakin waste my time.
Who hires these dopes that organise this? It ain’t rocket science, it’s bloody simple. The whole club needs a overhaul from inside out!!!
If I was too continuously make the same mistakes at my job, I’d be sacked!!

Agree! Its absolutely disgraceful! However, I must say that the vast majority of.companies these days are no longer concerned with ensuring their customers or members are treated with courtesy and respect. Its all about money now !
I’ve only received 1 out of 5 packs and that’s incomplete ring them and was told it’s the distributors fault we’ll sack the bloody distributors then. As for our tickets they said they will be coming in FEB I’ve been a member for years and this has been a ballsup this time from the start
Ticketed members were always getting their membership cards in feb.

Mate ticketed members don't recieve their membership cards until feb, this has been explained in emails and text messages.
I know that i should have explained my self better about the tickets i was mainly saying about the packs that im not happy about ill try harder next time

Mate, check your emails. Ticketed members are receiving their passes after the packs, in February I believe. They've been very clear about that. So how's about you realise that this isn't the club's fault, it's yours for not reading your membership emails and the correspondence they've sent out.
Sorry super had know notification via email regarding what you have said plus i ring them when i have an issue and have a very good repoure with them thank you very much and as i said i have recieved only one of 5 packs and that was incomplete and when i contacted them i was told that the others would be coming at a later date and that there had been a lot of problems and they are trying to get things sorted out and our tickets would be coming in Feb .so i dont appreciate your sarcasm in your post and your holier than though attitude .thank you
