It's a shame as Hollis i feel was a victim of COVID shut down. Missed 2020 Jersey Flegg year, went into 2021 in top 30 and looking at First Grade selection, even being named in the 21 man squad for Round 1, 2021. Played in NSW Cup and looked weak and overwhelmed. Just didn't adapt, then in 2022 just faded away.
Another player who was a giant amongst boys in lower grades then got found out in big grades.
Who was the other highly rated young forward who was released recently? Not sure if he had personal problems that's why he left. Surprised Naiduki was released thought he was raw and had potential.
Samuel Hughes? He is now at Canterbury.
