If we go into next year with the same coaching staff we are a dead team walking.
Snake I'm not going to lie I think in the next year the lack of signings and the few good players we have leaving the club will set us back 3 years minimum of making the 8.if we get out of the bottom 3 it will be a miracle
Well we are so use to a 5 year plan. At least you are giving us a 3 year plan
depends who replaces BA - if it was a proven first grade coach 3 years(sadly they all look like they are gone) - If it is a rookie 5 at least. I honestly think Parra is too high profile of a club for a rookie coach you are going to have to put up with intense scrutiny from the Media (we sell papers), Fans scrutiny probably internal club politics going on in the background it is not a job for a rookie coach . I think McGuire would have been a very good coach for us shame he is going to the tigers and we seemingly didn't chase at all.

snake parra just has to make the top 8 next year , with the new ground opening , with the review finished , bit by bit
they will lay out the new plans for the eels, surely, we have today,, the good press for max and bernie and the nsw libs , next should be mark the head of football , and hes plans for the eels .
so as i see it the next 7 days, we should see lots on the eels on foxsports .
i think in the next 7 days will come new signings , and players sent on, the review will go public, then nov1 pre training starts, today was a pr plan no doubt snake.
