Hello all,
Happy orf season!
Its been sometime since I have made a blog or contributed to any blog.
I have severe sleep apnea and have been diagnosed for around 10 years, I do have resmed cpap machine.
I was just wondering if any of you think or may have sleep apnea and are very hesitant to get tested. I would suggest you do for obvious health reasons.
To be honest is there any other alternatives of having a cpap machine, surgery etc? Has anyone had surgery to fix there snoring?
l would like to hear from you.

I've found a having a wank and sleeping with my iPod and earphones playing true crime podcasts helps me sleep , infact I can't sleep without my earbuds and true crime at all. My process has got me in a bit of strife on the plane when traveling though.,
Which ones you listening to ATM Wiz?
All of them , I kinda bounce around depending on my mood. always Casefile I'd a go too, but there ain't a lot of content at the moment mate I haven't heard I don't think. Got any recommendations?
Im listening to The Clink , the Stick up , Felon show just for something different.
No bud I don't actually.
Casefile was my go to for ages as I drive heaps and love to listen as I drive. Love how he lays out the story, he's got that voice that hooks you, but I haven't listened to him for a while. Might check it out again tomorrow to see what I've missed.
Think after a while all true crime shows run out of content though. Only so many great murderer stories left untold.
I'd love to hear Casefile on some of these Russian serial killers like the Chess board killer or even that German Cannibal. I don't think that info on the Chess Board killer would be that easy for him to find in the detail he needs but fuck it would be interesting.
He would need to make 4 or 5 episodes to cover that crazy fuck.
Maybe try , The Night Driver ,mate . That's not too bad . Or Man in the Window . Couple of oldies if you haven't listened to them ?
Was diagnosed with it (mind you I think it's a massive rort) after a few months still couldn't adjust to the machine, so lost weight. Not sure if I have it still or not, but my smart watch shows my breathing is relatively normal.
Losing weight helps. It is more severe in overweight people
I am not a fat cun*, relatively healthy.
I have tried wanking before sleep, however, it doesn't work for me.
Maybe someone doing it for you helps - or a good old fashioned blowie?
Best I ever slept was on a keto diet
