Sivo acquitted of indecent assault following incident at Fijian pool party

Sivo was visiting a resort in Denarau on Boxing Day 2019 when he was accused of indecent assault.

It was claimed that the Eels winger pulled at the skirt of a waitress at a pool party.
The Fijian international, who made his NRL debut last season, was arrested and jailed.

Sivo was not present and was represented by his legal team.
CCTV footage showed that Sivo’s hand went near the waitress’ waist but there was no contact with her skirt.

She avoided his hand and slapped the international winger.
Sivo, who was ruled out of Parramatta’s finals loss to Souths, has 37 tries in 46 NRL games along with two caps for his country.
