On form, Simonsson, JAC, Lomax and Penisini should be the 2-5.
JAC on the left. That's the only certainy.
I'd go:
RW: Lomax
RC: Penisini
LC: Simonsson
LW: JAC
One option is playing Lomax on the left as a LC and keep Simmo on RW.

Can't believe I'm saying this - but I'd have Russell over Penisini atm..
You would have to consider dropping penisini for Russell. Lomax and addo-car on the wings with Russell ans simmonson in the centres.
That's the way I'd go
Russell has been performing better with JAC outside him. JAC from what it looks like helps with the defensive reads and stays wide, something that our previous wingers never could do properly
