JR hasn't said Joash is the solution, just that he's using these last few games to see if he could be a solution next year. We're also seeing Joash right now after he spent most of the off-season at fullback, NSW Cup in different backline positions and now thrown into 6 without the starting halfback.

I hope Lomax invests in some speed work over the off season I think Sivo would beat him over the 100 metres.That's one weakness in the Lomax makeup and it's speed.
He is soo slow. Really think Simmo on the wing and Lomax inside of him is the option
Lomax effort is unbelievable we can't deny that. I think hes too big, hes listed as 105KG and used to be 94kg. It would be nice to see him lean up and hopefully gain some speed. He doesn't seem to bend the line so much its more of a using muscle to push off a defender. I dunno i love him though.
Doorey in and Samrani 18th Man. Other than that, if brown was in other papalii that's our first full strength squad all year.
Seems like we all have roughly the same 17-18 going to be good just to see Moses back running the side
