Actually a negatively geared property on the Gold Coast and a nicely structured rental with options at Kellyville and return air fares for family visits would all go a long way.....not sure if NRL players can incorporate their playing earnings......I am pretty sure just the same that acountants and the like have all these issues well explored and I don't believe I offer a lot that would not be already understood by the experts.
The one initiative I think is the upfront payment as Parra would be very unique compared to other clubs given the "bank" they have involuntarily accrued in terms of Recruitment, Rentention is not that big a deal at present and thats why the lower payments in the backend could work in our favour.
