Some of you might be interested in watching the first hour of the cumberland throw podcast that I am sure you are familiar with. They interview Sarantinos.
I am still watching it but a few interesting things especially regarding recruitment that I know people here are obsessed with:
1. The likes of Talataina and Polley are tied up long term apparently.
2. Club has cap space and is looking for forwards mainly.
3. Also they want to "sure up" the hooking position, which can mean signing up Riley or still trying to buy a 9
Not related to recruitment but he's mentioned the likes of Josh Hodgson and Mitch Lewis spend time in coaching box during NRL matches. I like this. I hope Rankin does too. This might be a nice way to prepare successors to Ryles in the future from within.
Decent watch.

Coryn you will love listening to this. Seems like that club are very junior based driven now which is what we need to be successful. Just hope the plan is effective and done well.
Corryn is still in the foetal position after the previous coach was shown the door 🚪 😂😂😂😂😍
He said our top 30 for next year is already 27 people!!
Right now I only have 25 people on a top 30 contract plus Lane with his MO.
Perhaps Smith has been upgraded and he is includng Lane? He did say that there could be more spots free so I do expect more players being released (Lane & Matto)
Aren't a few of those on development contracts?
Nope
He would include Lane in that I reckon.
Matto and Lane gone frees it up to 25, enough to sign players.
Lane is 100 to one to play next year.
Galvin was $1.03 to play with us also.
Wow that is depressing
