Apologies in advance for another Sandow blog.
This one is not our opinions about him - we've covered that. This is simply to state what kind of year he will have in 2014.
Yep, he's had personal demons, but people do get over these things. Do you think Chrissy will?
Try to give your responses as a rating out of ten followed by a short remark, eg
"2 - He'll be unavailable for a good part of the year"
or
"9 - He'll overcome his problems and star in a Top8 finish for Parra"
Personally, I reckon he'll have learnt enough to get his footy career back on track. 7 out of ten.

Cross fingers... XX - Norman with Sandow & Peats sounds a whole lot more appealing with all 3 in form, than Norman with Kelly & Peats, especially with Sandow & Peats already having played a fair few games together. - OK you wanted an opinion & as an ex pokie addict myself, if he's finally got that out of his system, he will be a 9 or 10. - When in the middle of that addiction, you can still function at work, but never to optimum ability. Once that demon is gone, it all becomes so much easier. - I'm rooting for him because of the talent he displayed as rookie of the year in '08 etc etc, that's why we paid big bucks. - But change of clubs, especially from his junior club, probably exacerbated his pokie addiction, more pressure, highest paid signing etc, like mine did when I got a promotion. - You'd be the go to man, & at the end of the day, you just wanted some quiet time alone, to unwind, a few hours playing the phuckers. - But they're evil shit & Bob Carr should be brought to account for ever allowing the things in NSW Pubs.
Good on you, Craig.
9- He'll play about 18 games in first grade after BA realises that Kelly is a numpty and puts Sandow in there where he will instantly click with Norman and Peats running the show.
If we are still crap and spend the last 70 min of every game trying not to get walloped again, Sandow will be a liability ...2
The issue is that Peats, Norman, Hoppa and Hayne can all turn us into an attacking team but will the forward pack give them the space they need? Now thats the question.
The big question on whether Sandow will fire is totally dependent on the effort of the forwards. Halves rely on forwards setting up a platform. Until we get an aggressive dominant forward who is also a ball player, its going to be tough for anyone to shine. I believe Sandow has the ability. He needs people around him who will perform. I still think that Foran is the best option for 5/8 as he can rotate with Peats as hooker. I'm sorry but Norman does not do it for me, but I guess time will tell.
9... Sandow will be back to his best this season, he started last year on fire and was the standout player in our team always putting more than others, then things went down hill as we know but I'm predicting the awesome unpredictable Sandow will be back in 2014.
Not expecting anything from Sandow.
At absolute very best 4/10.
