Salesi faingaa

This guy is going to be an absolute star in the future and will probably make his debut this year. Watching him against PNG and against USA he definitely held his own against grown men!!has some baby fat on him but shpull definitely improve with more time in the gym. I hope he gets a run this week for the bati this week.Mark the name down guys...he is going to kill it when he gets his chance in the NRL

  • No offence but I dont get too excited anymore when an upcoming pacific islander is making a name in our junior system.
Some massive talent in past seasons have all been an anti-climax!
    I speak of:
    -Jacob Loko
    -Kelepi Tanginoa
    -Pauli Pauli
    -Taniela Lasalo
Are just a few that come to mind.
Although Tepai Moeroa was better in our back half of the year but hell he’s been around for 4 seasons now and im still waiting for him to explode!
I’ve liked what i’ve with Faingaa but lets hope he can establish himself as a consistent first grader within the years.
    • You forgot to mention Jayne in that list.

    • To say nothing about the Caucasian up and comers Raid.....of which there have been many
    • Check out the Tongan team before you make these remarks champion..

I think you'll have more success per population ratio, than any other nation.
    • Tepai just turned 22. Still heaps young
    • I did say Islanders that come through our development didn’t i?
I dont have this perception of them when they come through at other clubs.
Especially the ones that come out of penrith.
The ones that end up playing in the top grade at penrith always seem to hit the ground running and do everything at 100 miles an hour.
Were as the parra blokes never seem to switch on no matter whats at stake.
They all seem lacksadaysical at parra.
  • Pauli Pauli is another tony Williams
    Big unit but soft as..
have the size but no aggressiveness
Still thought Tangnoia was ok but
  • We've seen a lot more of his potential in NYC rather than World Cup. He is aggressive in defence and skilled with the ball. I highly doubt that NRL awaits him in 2018, but he is a player of the future.
    • In the near future, I hope. Must be retained.

This guy could be our enforcer for years. If we don't blood him soon, he'll be stolen.

  • Richard, he is contracted until the end of 2019.
