This morning 2KY mentioned a possible salary cap breach by a team in Sydney's west.
The breach involves property deals, the team was not named, Zorba did say "there are two teams in west, take your pick" Jimmy Smith replied "the team may not be able to sign the players they want for next year"
Zorba said the story will break this week or the next.
Clearly the two teams are the Panthers and Parramatta.

Brett, I find this all very confusing and so can I ask a question.
If we are already going to cop a fine for technical breach of the 2nd tier cap, does it matter if say we want to play Goodall up, ( i.e we are going to be fined anyway) ? How much would you be fined for that?
