Sack osbourne- he is not a parra man

Ive had enough of this guy's arrogance and self praise. When the chips are up, you see him parading on every news outlet explaining how he resigned tahu and Mortimer and now when we are in a bit of a rot, he's back stabbing ando.Is that how our CEO leads our club. Teaches our players to look after themselves before the team.

  • Is he the one doing all this leaking? Is he the one undermining DA??? Do you know this to be the case?
  • Osbourne in his own words said it was his initiative to fly down to melbourne and sound out Kearney for the coaching job and he was not under any instructions from the board.

I'm thinking someone in the club is sick of this treacherous acts by him and wanted this info out there. Also, why grab dinner with quade cooper and not have your coach there. I fear Kearney is a done deal and osbourne is lying through his teeth.
  • JJM,

I would suggest that you calm yourself completely.

Again, posts like this indicate how fickle Parramatta fans are. When Dennis was the captain of the ship, he was criticised constantly. And I mean CONSTANTLY. He was depicted as some sort of ogre who was running our club to the ground.

We now have a new CEO and while he is not perfect, I would suggest that a new culture has been instilled at the Eels. You got to the Leagues Club now and photos of our legends are back up on the walls. Our great players now have contact (perhaps too much, suggested by some of Pricey's comments), there have been more fan events, more fan interaction (look at Tony with his bongos) and some fantastic signings.

You cannot say that when Tahu was signed people were not over the moon. He is a fantastic player and while he has not delivered his best form this year, I wouldn't call it a blunder. The signing of Poore came when our forwards were playing like busted arses last year and was another welcome signing.

Although he has had some media gaffs through the year, you have no evidence that any of the administrative problems we are facing at the moment are his fault at all.

There is clearly an administrative problem at the moment at our club - but coming onto this website and pointing the finger isn't going to make it any better.

Supporters of DA constantly say give the man a chance, and I agree completely. I also think Ozzy should be afforded the same opportunity.
  • So JJM the word is "Settle Petal"
  • i heard he went to melbourne on monday to work out a cooper cronk release but they released inglis to brisbane instead?
