The only difference was Walsh got hit after passing so the argument was he was relaxed and his head hit the floor after. What made it worse for Ponga, to be send off, was not rapping the arm.
To be fair though, Sualli had to 2 heads to avoid where Ponga only had 1
NSW got away with that one. Obviously the Ponga send off was the turning point and the game opened up for NSW but prior to that it was a disaster. Having one general play kicker is just suicidal putting all the pressure on Cleary.
Yep, Brent Read said it clearly, granted a QLD fan, that how NSW fans are saying they were great is beyond him. He is 100% correct.

Let's be fair, no send off = no win. Added to that is how long it took them to win.
100% a send off, there are pictures showing clear shoulder contact to the head.
Can't stand these interviewers, fuck it's all roses and daisies, ask the fucken tough questions. How NSW couldn't match a 13 on 13 line up, how the NSW squad only won by 2 points and used 18 players vs 12 for 24 minutes. How refs are directly influencing games and ruining the spectacle. Every single tackle I'm sitting here wondering if they are about to blow 6 again, penalty or now if a sin bin will be a send off.

I love the win, and I'll take it, but Daley again proved he is a shocking coach. If we change nothing we either lose the next two games or we get lucky again with a send-off or a few sin-bins to snag a win.
